机车柴油机活塞环与环槽耐磨性试验研究

摘    要:简要分析了大功率中速机车柴油机活塞环槽磨损原因,针对目前正在生产应用和开发的活塞环槽强化处理技术,在给定模拟系统条件下,采用MPX-2000盘销式摩擦磨损试验机,进行了现用合金铸铁活塞环与5种表面强化处理活塞环槽的耐磨性模拟试验.试验优选出了适配现用活塞环的中速柴油机活塞环槽强化处理技术.
