配气凸轮轴型线逆向优化设计

摘    要:通过建立配气机构运动学及动力学仿真模型,对实测的凸轮型线进行分析,在保留了原凸轮升程特性基础上,对凸轮型线的测绘数据进行逆向优化设计.通过凸轮型线优化设计,保证配气机构的动力学特性,包括气门落座速度和凸轮接触应力等参数,并保证凸轮型线的二阶连续从而保证型线的加工性.

Abstract:In this paper the measured cam profile is analyzed through the establishment of valve-train kinematics and dynamics simulation model.The reversing optimization design of the survey cam profile is discussed in retaining the former CAM lift characteristics.Through optimizing design of the cam profile,the dynamic characteristics of valve-train was guaranteed,including valve vibration speed and the contact stress of cam.The second-order continuity of the cam profile was ensured,promoting the processibility.
