增压器浮环轴承转子系统稳定性的研究

摘    要:分别采用试验与仿真的方法开展了增压器浮环轴承转子系统稳定性的研究.首先采用电涡流传感器进行了浮环轴承转速及运动轨迹的测试研究,完成了定性分析;进而根据评判参数采用有限元法进行了”四角域”下的定量计算,并验证了分析结果.本研究为转子轴承系统的优化设计及可靠性分析提供了技术支持.

Abstract:In this paper,the stablility of floating-ring bearing-rotor system of the turbocharger is studied by both experiment and simulation.First,the rotional speed of floating-ring bearing and the shaft motion are measured by the eddy current displacement sensor,by which the qualitative analysis is carried out.And then the simulative method is used for quantitative analysis for different inner and outer gaps of bearing,by which the qualitative analysis result is verified.The results can provide technical support f...
