摘    要:出油阀的结构参数、流通特性会影响喷油泵的工作特性.为增加出油阀流通截面,减小球阀开启时流通截面波动,提高出油阀的工作性能,本文采用多学科优化软件isight与hydsim进行联合仿真分析,确定了影响出油阀流通特性的主要结构参数及各参数的优化方向.分别采用直接启发搜索算法结合顺序二次规划算法以及修改可行方向法,对影响出油阀流通特性的喷油泵结构参数进行优化,最多可使出油阀流通截面提高24.65%.
