摘    要:本文以武广高速铁路双块式无砟轨道工程为例,利用便携电脑、徕卡全站仪、轨道精调系统与GRP3000轨检小车进行了无砟轨道粗调与精调工作,探讨并提出一种快速的精调与粗调作业方法,有效保证了轨道几何状态的高精确性和高平顺性.总结了在粗调与精调施工过程中所遇到的一些问题及解决办法,可减少人力成本,提高作业工效,为同类工程提供参考.

Abstract:This article taken ballastless track engineering in Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger special line double- block as an example, used portable computer, Leica total station instrument, rail accurate adjustment system and GRP3000 track inspection trolley for ballastless track coarse adjustment and fine adjustment work, studied and proposed a fast method of coarse adjustment and fine adjustment operation method, effectively guaranteed the high-precision and high-smooth of track geometry status, summarized the problems and solutions in coarse and fine process of encountered in construction to improve productivity for similar projects.
