摘    要:本文利用有限元方法对4118Z型柴油机油底壳进行了模态分析,与实验结果进行了比较,两者较为一致,说明所用的有限元分析模型可用于油底壳动态响应分析及设计优化。利用该模型,分析了结构参数与油底壳振动模态的关系,从中总结出了一些基本规律。

Abstract:In this paper, a modal analysis of the oil-pan of 4118Z diesel engine is carried out with finite element method. The results of finite element analysis well coincide with that of modal test which shows that the finite element, model can be used in the analysis of dynamic response and design optimization. Finally, the model is used to analyses the relation between structure parameters and vibration modes of the oil-pan, from which some basic laws have been summarized.
