| 摘 要： | 发动机柔性装配线已在国内外新建的发动机装配中占主导地位,其中装配线平面布置以“Ｏ”形居多,章分析了“Ｏ”形布置的柔性配线的优缺点,结合实例介绍一条直线型发动机柔性装配线,该线克服了“Ｏ”形布置的缺点,发挥了直线形布置和柔性装配线的全部优点,又具有结构简单,工作可靠的特点。

| Abstract: | Flexible assembling line has occupied a leading position in newly constructed engine assembling lines domestic and abroad,of which the layout is mostly "O" shaped. The article analyses advantages and defects of flexible assembling line of "O" shaped layout and presents with practical example a straight flexible assembling line which overcomes the defects of "O" shaped line,but plays the role of all advantages of straight line layout and flexible assembling line,and also has features of simple construction and reliable operation. |
