| 摘 要： | 本文用压溃理论分析计算液压油缸的承载力,综合考虑了油缸本身初弯曲、受载偏心、活塞杆和缸筒的非刚性连接、铰支承摩擦、自重以及中间支承偏心等因素对油缸承载力的影响,并用实验对理论分析进行了验证,得到了较好的结果。

| Abstract: | Based on the ultimate strength theory,a method with calculating procedure
is presented for computing the ultimate strength of hydraulic cylinders,
considering all the main factors such as load eccentricity,initial crookedness in
cylinder and rod,etc.The result of theoretical analysis compared with that
obtained from experiments is fairly well. |
