| Abstract: | China's accession to WTO brings not only opportunities but also challenges to her railway transportation industry. This article introduces how to make the operation and management mechanisms of Chinese railway to reach up to the international railway management standards as well as the policies to take. The paper has also pointed out some issues and offered some suggestions on railway informatization system construction. |
