| 摘 要： | 以ERP系统实施方法论为中心,结合项目实例做了比较详细的研究。论述了ERP作为一种新型的管理思想和模式,对企业的各种资源加以规划和控制方面的作用。ERP实施中通过对企业现有的业务流程进行根本性再思考和彻底性再设计,可以实现企业业务流的重构,从而增强企业的竞争力,提高经营效率。

Study on Enterprise-Wide Business Process Reengineering in ERP Application |

| Abstract: | Focusing on the methods of ERP application and combing the living project,the paper discussed the function of ERP which can program and control enterprises' different kinds of resources as a new-style management thoughts and mode. ERP application can realize enterprises' reconstruction by rethinking essentially and reengineering thoroughly existing business process so as to enhance the competition of enterprises and improve business efficiency. |
