| 摘 要： | 本文就锦纶帘子布浸胶机生产线中的张力控制作了深入的探讨,纠正了以往对弹性张力的错误数学模型,并首次导出了张力环节的准确的数学模型。另外,还对串联张力解耦控制作了探讨,建立了耦合度概念,并对该生产线中的解耦控制作了讨论。本文的结果,已成功地运行在上述生产线中,效果良好。本文的结果,对纺织、造纸,轧钢等类似问题,均有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper the tension control in the production line of polyamide cord fabric rubberizing has been deeply discussed. It is the first to derive the correct mathematical model of tension, and to put right the mistake in the used model of elastic tension. Moreover, the decoupling control of tensions in series is discussed and the concept of coupling degree for decoupling control is established The result has already been successfully applied in the production line, and it has significance of guidance for similar problems in textile. papermaking, steel-rolling. etc. |
