用生物力学原理治疗腰腿痛149例近期疗效观察

本文主要报告用这种疗法治疗149例腰腿痛,取得了较好的近期疗效。该疗法是用生物力学原理与医学相结合,从力学角度分析人体内肌肉、骨骼及关节之间的区别和联系,初步认识到肌肉是人体内力的源泉。力作用于肌肉,机体即可发生力学变化,通过杠杆作用,达到调整结构力学的重新平衡,从而治疗因力平衡失调而致之腰腿痛。临床实践证明,该疗法适应症是:增生性脊柱炎,腰椎间盘突出症,腰椎后关节突紊乱症及腰扭伤等四种疾病所致之腰腿痛。对其与推拿、新医正骨疗法的不同,做了粗浅探讨。

BIOMECHANICS TREATMENT OF 149 CASES OF LUMBO-LEG PAIN

The short term effective resnlts of lumbo-leg pain were gained in 149 cases treated on the basis of biomechanics principles. The differences and relationship among the human were muscles, skeleton and joints primarily analysed from the point of view of mechanics. The auther indicated that the muscles are the seurces of force in the human body. Mechanic changes may be produced, if some force is applied to the muscles. According to the level principle, the new contructural mechanic equllibrum might be acqyired, provided suitable external forces have been given, It has seen proved clinically that the indications of this therapy for releasing pain are, spondylitis hypertrophica, lumba disc discharge, lateral spine disturbances of lumbo-spina and acute lumba spain.
