摘    要:电化学超级电容器的仿真建模与性能参数测定是其工程应用中的一个重要方面.分析了牵引型碳基超级电容器的双RC等效电路模型及其参数的试验测定方法,并以名义静电容量为0.5 MF的超级电容器为例,通过大电流充放电循环试验,测定了等效模型的电路参数,验证了超级电容器双RC等效电路模型作为仿真模型的有效性.

Abstract:In the application of an electrochemical supercapacitor, a model to simulate its characteristics is established,and to measure the parameters is an important aspect. A model of equivalent circuit is presented with two RC branches for tractive carbon-supercapacitor,and the procedure and methodology to determinate the model parameters are probed. As an example, a supercapacitor with nominal electrostatic capacitance of 0. 5MF was measured by the constant-current charge-discharge cycle, and the model parameters were determined. The results show that the simulation model of supercapacitor and the procedure of parameters determination are valid.
