| Abstract: | Tianjin Harbor construction and development is restricted seriously as the land of Nanjiang Port Area is insufficient. The general polder scale and its executive plan is proposed and the source of mud is demonstrated on the basis of regulation of Haihe River Mouth and the relative analysis. |
