ANSYS仿真优化技术在重装备装载调位器滚轴设计中的应用

摘    要:针对某重装备铁路装载调位器滑动板总成设计上存在的问题,提出了改进设计方案。对其进行结构受力分析,建立其参数化有限元模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对滚轴的位置及尺寸进行了优化计算,使滑动板总成受力更加合理,减轻了调位器的重量。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem in the design of the sliding plate assembly of a certain railway loading turntable for heavy equipment, this paper puts forward an improved design,in which the stress analysis of the sliding plate assembly is performed,the parameter finite element model is established,and the roller's location and size are optimized with the finite element analysis software,ANSYS.The result shows that the improved design makes the stresses of the sliding plate assembly more reasonable and light...
