摘    要:以某车用涡轮增压汽油机为例阐述了其冷却系统设计匹配的方法与过程。首先。确定发动机对冷却系统所要求的散热量;其次,根据冷却系统散热量确定冷却水循环量和冷却空气量;再由这3个基本参数确定散热器和风扇的基本结构与性能参数;最后采用数据库法对冷却系统进行匹配,为样机开发并量产提供了有效依据。

Abstract:This paper elaborates the method and process of design and match for one turbo-charged gasoline engine cooling system. First, design the heat dissipation amount that the engine cooling system requires. Next, design the coolant circulation and cooling air flow. Then, define the structure and feature parameters of the radiator and cooling fan according the three basic parameters. Finally, match the cooling system by the database method. The design and match provide an effective basis for the specimen development and batch production.
