| 摘 要： | 广州地铁五号线某明挖车站为避让民用房屋，部分地段被迫变更为暗挖施工，结合这一实际情况，简述改暗挖条件下所采取的总体施工顺序和主要施工技术措施。通过比较方案变更后和常规明挖施工方法的不同之处，总结出方案变更后的优缺点，从而为科学合理地选择施工方法提供依据。
