摘    要: 大伙房引水隧道工程TBM2标采用德国Wirth公司型号为803E的掘进机。掘进过程中刀盘振动问题较为严重,导致联接螺栓超常松动和联接部件裂纹,影响了施工进度和设备的完好率。从该机主机受力结构的动刚度以及刀盘结构形式方面浅探该机刀盘振动问题,并与Robbins公司掘进机的主体结构进行比较,试图提出选型和设计方面的建议。

Abstract:803E TBM, manufactured by Wirth Company of Germany, was used in No. 2 bid section of Dahuofang tunnel. During tunnel boring,the cutter head of the TBM vibrates seriously, which results in the extreme loosening of .the connection bolts and the cracking of the connection parts, therefore the construction progress and the equipment performance are adversely impacted. In the paper, probe is made into the vibration of the cutterhead in terms of the dynamic stiffness of the structure of the main machine and the structure of the cutter head, and comparison is made to the structure of Robbins TBM, with the aim to provide some advices on the selection and design of TBMs in the future.
