女大学生的职业生涯阻碍因素及对策探析

现代社会越来越需要女大学生在职业舞台上发挥更大的潜能，但女性在职业生涯发展过程中面临着各种内在与外在阻碍因素，包括低职业自我效能感、复杂的成就动机；中突、消极的数学学习态度、女性的生理特征、性别刻板印象、家庭与职业的角色冲突、女性导师与榜样的缺乏等．建议通过开展女大学生职业生涯辅导、健全社会保障机制与法规、营造两性平等文化氛围和增进职业与家庭的平衡等途径，促进女大学生的职业生涯发展．

Barriers and Countermeasures in the Career Development of Female College Students

Although there is a great need that female college students could realize their potential,it is more likely that females may experience various interior and exterior career barriers in the career development process,such as low career self-efficacy,complex motivation conflict,passive attitude towards studying mathematics,female's psychological features,gender stereotypes,role confusion and lacking female leaders and examples of success.Accordingly,some suggestions are made to promote female college students...
