摘    要:钛合金具有质量轻、强度高、耐海水腐蚀、无磁性等特点,在军用舰船上具有广泛的应用前景,尤其适用于对重量控制和防腐蚀要求较高的高速舰船、铝合金舰船。某型铝合金艇采用钛合金海水管系,经过十多年的使用表明具有良好的效果。该文详细介绍该艇钛合金管系选材、设计、施工、应用效果及存在问题,并提出钛合金材料在舰船上应用的建议。

Abstract:Titanium alloy can be characterized of light weight, high strength, resistance to seawater corrosion, and non-magnetism. It is widely applied on warships, especially suitable for high speed vessels and aluminum alloy ships with the strict requirements of weight control and corrosion resistance. The titanium alloy seawater piping has been applied on an aluminum alloy ship with great effect over ten years. This study introduces the material selection, design, construction, application effect and existing problems of the titanium alloy seawater piping in detail with the practical suggestions for the application of the titanium alloys on warships.
