| Abstract: | This paper aims at the road transportation circumstance of Tianjin city, using the misty decision method of safe system engineering, taking Xunhai road in Dongli District of Tianjin city as an example, analyzing the insecurity factor of that road and then building up a pair of factor gathers with many layers. Through the linear algebra operation evaluation, the safety of Xunhai road is computed. Thus getting the whole conclusion whether a road needs change or not, then finally putting forward the measure which can improve the whole situation. |
