边界元法在汽车变速器齿轮弯曲变形计算中的应用

摘    要:建立了汽车变速器齿轮弯曲分析的数学模型,并利用边界元理论,建立了相应的边界元模型用该模型计算分析了某轻型变速器的齿轮的弯曲变形,结果表明,此法为分析和模拟汽车变速器齿轮弯曲问题提供了一种途径。

Abstract:A mathernatical model has been established first for analysing bending of motor ve hicle transmission gear, and also the corresponding boundary element model established by using the theory of boundary element. Finally the bending deformation of transmission gear of a certain light truck has been calculated and analysed with these models. Consequently a new method of analysis and simulation is provided for solving the gear bending problem of motor vehicle transmis sion.
