摘 要: | 为进行大口径管件的1.5D小半径中频热弯研究,基于ABAQUS通用有限元软件提出一种简化方法对其过程进行数值模拟。模拟过程采用顺序耦合的方法,对于热分析步采用自编DISP子程序加载,并将温度场结果导入热应力分析步中进行热弯过程模拟,并且和实验值进行对比验证方法的可靠性。基于此简化模拟方法研究了弯曲过程截面扁平度和减薄率随着弯曲过程的变化规律,并且为了控制截面畸变,研究了通过施加反弯矩对截面扁平度和减薄率的影响,为实际工程提供了参考。

Abstract: | For the study of the 1.5D small radius bending process of large diameter pipes using local induction heating, a simplified method of numerical simulation was proposed on the basis of ABAQUS . The sequential coupling method was adopted during the process. The boundary of temperature was set via the DISP subroutine for the thermal analysis step, then imported to the stress analysis process. The results were testified by the experiment, justifying the reliance of this method. The laws of the ovality and thinning ratio changing with bending angles were obtained based on the simplified method. In order to control the ovality and sectional thinning, proper reverse moments should be applied. As well, it was gained that the effects of reverse moments to the ovality and thinning ratio. All the research provides a reference for the practical engineering. |
