摘    要:本文设计了一台对置式直线压缩机驱动三台并联的完全相同的直线脉管制冷机系统,试验结果表明,该系统中三台制冷机有较好的一致性,且均能够获得与单台制冷机独立工作时相当的性能。在充气压力2MPa,工作频率50Hz工况下,三台制冷机所能达到的最低温度分别为:36.5K、37.3K、36.3K。在充气压力2.5MPa,工作频率54Hz工况,在压缩机能力范围内,77K液氮温度下获得了最高的试验制冷量230W制冷量,并且整机相对卡诺效率达到13.2%。

Abstract:This paper designs a new system composed of three parallel identical cold fingers driven by an opposed linear compressor. Experimental results have shown that each of the three PTCs has good consistency, performing as well as the situation when working separately. With charge pressure of 2MPa and working frequency of 50Hz, the three cold fingers reached the minimum temperature of 36.5K, 37.3K and 36.3K respectively, and obtained total cooling capacity of 230W at liquid nitrogen temperature with the system overall relative Carnot efficiency reaching 13.2% under the condition of 2.5MPa charging pressure and 54Hz working frequency.
