| Abstract: | This paper introduces the technical difficulties in the process of manufacturing the plastic film capacitor for realizing the localization of French UM71 jointless track circuit matching transformer equipment,as well as the theoretic analysis,test,comparison of using local plastic f ilm capacitor to replace French plastic f ilm capacitor. |
