车用增压涡流室柴油机EGR系统的设计和试验

摘    要:为降低一台车用增压涡流室柴油机的NOx排放,设计加工了EGR系统。使用AVL Boost软件对该EGR系统的机械机构进行了优化设计,采用不同EGR率开展了相关的试验研究。结果显示,采用较小EGR率时,该机的NOx排放得到了有效地降低,且燃油消耗率增加较小,表明了该EGR系统设计和工作的有效性。

Abstract:An EGR system is designed and machined for reducing NO_x emission of vehicle turbocharged swirl-chamber diesel engine.The EGR mechanical part is optimized using AVL BOOST software.Experiments are carried out on the engine.The results show that NO_x emission is reduced obviously and the specific fuel consumption increases slightly at reasonable EGR ratios.It proves the EGR system design and operation is available.
