上海既有轨道交通5号线

既有5号线改扩建工程，是中外首次整条运营线路实施“边运营、边改扩建、边延伸”的项目，经过历时两年半的建设于2018年年底与5号线南延伸工程同期开通，对于提升5号线整体功能具有重要意义。如何确保改扩建期间既有线路正常、安全运营是项目设计的难点，设计需要与建设、施工、运维方通力协作，制订合理的改扩建原则、方案及工程实施计划。这不仅为实现中国首例高架线路全线“不停运”改扩建奠定了技术基础，也为今后同类项目提供了借鉴经验。同时，工程设计还根据城市发展及社会对轨道交通服务提出的新要求，对既有线提出合理的技术改进、升级方案，使改造后的5号线整体系统功能更佳、与城市环境更协调、更能体现“以人为本”的设计理念。

Key Technologies for Renovation and Expansion of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 5 without Stopping Operation

Shanghai Rail Transit Line 5 has been the first in the world to implement the renovation, expansion, and extension construction of an entire in-service line. At the end of 2018, after two and a half years of construction, the updated Shanghai Rail Transit Line 5 was opened along with the south extension project of Line 5, which was of great significance for the improvement of the overall operational performance of Line 5. Ensuring the normal and safe operation of the existing line during the reconstruction period was a challenge. Extensive cooperation was required between the designer and the client, construction, operation, and maintenance teams, to formulate reasonable principles, schemes and project implementation plans for the renovation and expansion construction efforts. This approach not only laid the technical foundation for the achievement of the first renovation and expansionof an entire in-service elevated rail transit line in China, but also provides a reference for similar projects in the future. Furthermore, according to the newest rail transit service standards, a reasonable technical improvement and upgrade plan was proposed for the existing line, resulting in a better overall performance, better alignment with the urban environment, and more customer-friendly design concept for Line 5.
