广州城市轨道交通衔接设施用地配置模型与应用

摘    要:交通衔接设施对于提高轨道交通客流集散效率具有重要作用。基于城市轨道交通与其他交通方式的换乘客流及各种交通方式的出行特征,进行数理模拟分析和推导,建立城市轨道交通衔接设施用地配置模型。以广州市为例,参照国家相关标准规范以及广州地铁的实际调研数据标定模型参数,确定各类交通衔接设施的用地配置指标,指导交通衔接设施规划和建设。通过对广州地铁已运营的214个车站的交通衔接设施规划实施评估及服务满意度调查发现:交通衔接设施用地已纳入法定控规进行严格管控并监督实施,近5年交通衔接设施的规划实施率从原来的21%提高到53%,乘客对交通衔接设施的服务满意度从原来的37%提升至76%,为广州地铁出行“最后一公里”的便捷接驳提供了有力保障。

Abstract:Transport interchange facilities play important roles in improving the passenger flow distribution efficiency of rail transit. Based on the travel characteristics of the passenger flow between urban rail transit and transfer and various transportation modes, the land allocation model of urban rail transit connection facilities is established by a mathematical simulation analysis and derivation. Taking Guangzhou as an example, with reference to the relevant national standards and norms and the actual investigation data of the Guangzhou Metro to calibrate model parameters, the land allocation indexes of various traffic connection facilities are set and the planning and construction of facilities are guided. In addition, through the implementation evaluation and service satisfaction survey of 214 Guangzhou subway stations, we found that land for transport connection facilities has been incorporated into a strict legal regulatory control, and the implementation has been supervised. In a span of 5 years, the implementation rate has increased from 21% to 53%, and the satisfaction rate has increased from 37% to 76%, which provide a strong guarantee for the convenient "last kilometer" connectivity of the Guangzhou Metro.
