杭州地铁大直径越江隧道总体设计关键技术

摘    要:杭州地铁1号线三期下穿钱塘江区间采用单洞双线大直径盾构隧道的断面形式,泥水平衡盾构法施工。针对其下穿钱塘江及大堤、下穿江底输油管、高水压下盾构施工以及有压气体等设计施工重难点问题,通过工程类比、数值计算等手段提出相应的解决思路,并通过现场实测结果进行验证。研究成果可为城市大断面越江地铁盾构隧道工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:A large-diameter slurry balance shield tunnel was used to pass through the Qiantang River and its embankment in Hangzhou Metro Line 1. The key points considered were embankment stability, petroleum pipeline movement, excavation under pressured water, and marsh gas. By using analogical and numerical methods, this paper presents a method to solve the above problems and offers field results for verification. The conclusion provides an explicit reference for a similar case of a river-crossing tunnel with large-diameter shields.
