摘    要:上海地铁已经迈入超大规模网络化运维阶段,确保申城交通大命脉的畅通将变得越来越艰难且重要;然而管理者面对的是传统低效的维护手段和日趋严重的人员及组织管理难题。从一些行业痛点分析入手,探索一种基于现代传感器技术、机器人技术和智能数据处理技术,实现跨部门协同管理的地铁线路全自动巡检系统。试图优化现有的线路维护保养管理制度和流程,在实现管理效益和社会效益的同时,兼顾资源投入的有效性,为建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心进行有益的探索。

Abstract:The Shanghai Metro is progressing to a super large-scale network operation and maintenance stage. Therefore, it will become more difficult to ensure the smooth flow of this heavy lifeline in the city. However, managers must combat traditionally inefficient maintenance methods and increasing problems of staff and organization management. In this study, the author analyzes some industry bottlenecks and explores an automatic inspection system for the subway lines based on modern sensor and robot technology, and uses intelligent data processing to implement cross department coordinated management of the subway lines. He attempts to optimize the existing line maintenance management system, and converts the scientific and technological achievements into productive strategies. He also takes the effectiveness of the resource input into account, while realizing the management and social benefits. The proposed approach is useful for building a global technological innovation center.
