摘    要:当前地铁工程建设在我国各大城市进入高峰期,建设规模不断扩大,质量安全管理工作人员不足、技术不到位的问题日益凸显,传统管理模式已难以实现多维、准确、高效的信息传递与集成管理。通过分析当前地铁工程建设中质量安全管理工作的问题与现状,提出新一代信息化技术与地铁质量安全管理深度融合的思路,从平台架构、功能模块、管理机制和运行效果等方面,阐述“互联网+”地铁工程质量安全管理平台的研发框架与核心功能模块,其中包括工地视频监控、隐患排查治理、施工安全风险预警、应急救援指挥调度等,并总结平台在武汉地铁的工程应用与实践经验,特别是针对平台的运行管理机制设计的探索及工程应用效果,对我国地铁工程质量安全信息化管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:Metro construction is currently booming in major cities in China. However, although the construction scale has been continuously expanding, there appears to be an increasing shortage of manpower as well as related techniques in terms of quality and safety (Q&S) management in metro engineering, while the traditional pattern of Q&S management can no longer function accurately and effectively in multiple dimensions. This study reviews and analyzes the problems and state-of-practice of Q&S management work in the current metro construction and proposes the deep integration of new- generation informatization technologies for the Q&S management. Considering the aspects of architecture, functions, management regulations, and application performance, based on the research and practice in Wuhan Metro, the development framework and core functional modules of the Internet-plus Q&S Management Platform for metro engineering are introduced. The functional modules include on-site video surveillance, potential hazard screening, construction safety early warning, emergency management, and scheduling. Moreover, the operational experience of the platform is summarized, especially the exploration experience on the design of the management regulations, which offers a good reference for the informationized management of metro construction projects in China.
