某大厦转换层大梁裂缝成因分析及处理

摘    要:对某大厦转换层部位2根钢筋混凝土大梁的裂缝状态、施工情况和材料性能等进行调查和检测,并分析裂缝产生的原因。分析结果表明,裂缝产生主要是由于混凝土在硬化过程中,水分蒸发,体积缩小,所引起梁的约束力超过一定程度而产生开裂。通过对转换层结构计算复核和裂缝理论计算,提出了裂缝处理方法及避免类似情况出现的预防措施。此方法可为防止和处理类似建筑物设计和施工提供参考。

Abstract:By the means of examination and measurement of the RC beams of the transition layer of a building,the crack cause of the beams was analyzed.And treatment methods for dealing with the cracks and the precaution measures for avoiding the same case were put forward.The results show that the cracks are mainly owed to concrete shrinkage based on the investigation for cracks detection, construction conditions,material property.
