摘    要:以竖直压缩式中转站为研究对象,由于转运设备工作时的工作载荷超过20 t,考虑到转运设备的结构特点,为保证工作安全,必须对转运设备进行必要的静力学分析.利用Hypermesh软件建立了一种竖直压缩式垃圾转运车架的有限元分析模型,在ANSYS软件环境下对危险工况进行计算,得出转运车架的整体变形和应力分布情况.根据分析结果对转运车架进行结构改进,得出最佳的结构形式和尺寸.

Abstract:Aiming at vertical compression waste transfer station with work load of more than 20 t,statics analysis is conducted to ensure the safety of the equipment,and a finite element analysis model of the transfer truck frame of the transfer station is constructed using Hypermesh software.In ANSYS software environment,the dangerous working condition is calculated,and the deformation and stress distribution of the transfer truck frame are obtained.According to the results of the analysis,the structure of transfer truck frame is optimized,and the best structure form and dimesions are determined.
