摘    要:为实现流固耦合技术及验证瞬态压力对高速列车焊接结构造成的疲劳损伤,以某高速动车组设备舱为研究对象利用流体软件SC/Tetra的FLDutil模块与分析软件Ansys的输入端口进行载荷的流固耦合分析,最后采用最新的美国ASME(2007)标准中的结构应力法进行了疲劳寿命分析结果表明,通过流体软件SC/Tetra的FLDutil模块映射到Ansys中的气动载荷准确可用,为高速动车组结构在流场中的刚度强度、模态、疲劳等分析计算提供了更合理、更精确的载荷输入.

Abstract:To realize FSI technology and verify the fatigue damage of the welded structure of high-speed train under transient pressure,a high-speed EMU equipment cabin is studied.The FLDutil module in the SC/Tetra′s and Ansys input port is used for the analysis of the fluid-structure interaction in the load,and the structure stress analysis method of the latest U.S.ASME(2007) standard is applied for the analysis of the fatigue life.The results show that the aerodynamic loads which are mapped by the fluid software SC/Tetra′s FLDutil modules are accurate in Ansys,which provides a more reasonable and accurate load input for stiffness,strength,modal and fatigue analysis and calculations of high-speed EMUs structure in the flow field.
