| 摘 要： | 从制度角度入手,运用熵值分析法,建立生产者服务业制度环境评价模型,与其他省市对比分析,得出影响我国生产者服务业的制度因素重要性依次为政府效率、市场制度、就业观念、产权制度、对外开放水平和文化水平,并寻找出辽宁省生产者服务业制度环境落差,主要表现为政府效率整体水平不高；市场制度不够完善；就业观念保守、单一；产权保护不受重视；对外开放水平较低；尖端人才缺乏.

| Abstract: | From the institutional perspective,a system environment evaluation model of producer service industry is established with the method of entropy,and compared with other provinces to analyze the importance of the main influence factors in China,such as government efficiency,market system,employment concept property system and opening up and cultural levels.The problems of system environments of producer services in Liaoning show that the overall level of government efficiency is not high,market system is not perfect,employment concept is conservative and single,property protection is not taken seriously,opening up level is low and cutting-edge talent lacks.Hence,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. |
