| 摘 要： | 在剖析区域货物综合运输系统构成情况的基础上,将影响网络容量可靠性的诸多要素分类,提出了综合运输系统即为复杂的COVIE系统这一概念.同时以综合货运网络描述模型为依托,采用较为成熟的网络保留容量概念,从COVIE系统的五个组成部分与货运网络容量的供给、需求和可靠性的关系出发,构建综合货运网络的可靠性分析框架及模型,有助于分析供给、需求的变动引起货运系统可靠性的变动,从而为相关部门的规划、建设、运营和组织管理等提供决策依据和技术支撑.

| Abstract: | Based on the constitution analysis of comprehensive transportation networks,the elements contributing to the network capacity reliability is classified,and the concept of complex COVIE system is proposed.Employing description model of comprehensive transportation networks and the mature concept of network reserve capacity,the analytical framework and model are constructed for the reliability of comprehensive transportation networks,considering the relations between five components of the COVIE system and supply,demand and reliability of networks capacity,which can be used to analyze the changes in the reliability resulted from the changes of supply and demand,and the decision-making basis and technological support is provided for planning,construction,operation and organizational management of concerning departments. |
