压电双晶片谐响应有限元模拟分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对压电双晶片进行谐响应模拟分析,得到压电双晶片的谐振频率为36000Hz,谐振振幅为0.512×10-5m.通过正交实验,分析比较出影响压电双晶片谐振频率及振幅的主要因素,得出了压电双晶片尺寸的优化组合,压电片尺寸参数为:20mm×6mm ×0.4mnm,基片尺寸为20mm×6mm×4mm.

Abstract:Piezoelectric bimorph for harmonic response simulation analysis is conducted by ANSYS software, and the piezoelectric bimorph resonant frequency and resonant amplitude are obtained as 36 000 Hz and 0.512 × 10-5 m.By the orthogonal experiment,the main factors which affect the resonant frequency and amplitude of the piezoelectric bimorph are obtained,and the size of the piezoelectric bimorph optimal combination is reached for the design and application of the piezoelectric bimorph.The size of the piezoelectric film is 20 × 6 × 0.4 mm 3 and the size of the substrate is 20 × 6 × 4 mm 3.
