摘    要:提出一种基于蛋白质二级结构特征序列的三维结构相似性比较方法.以八字母结构字母表中字母组成的联体在整个特征序列中出现的频率为特征源,构造联体频率矩阵,利用离散数学中的模糊矩阵理论对其进行分析处理,最终可以求得一个模糊等价矩阵,并利用此矩阵对待比较的蛋白质进行分类.该方法并不是基于人们熟悉的一维氨基酸序列,而是基于蛋白质二级结构特征序列,该序列由一系列具有局部空间折叠形式的二级结构片段组成.

Abstract:A method used to analyze the similarity among different proteins is introduced.Based on an eight-letter structure alphabet,a siamesed frequency matrix is constructed to calculate their frequencies in secondary structure characteristic sequences,and the data base matrix is calculated to obtain a fuzzy equivalent matrix.This method does not rely on the well-know one-dimensional amino acid sequences,but it relies on more conservative eight-letter sequences whose basic unit is protein secondary structure.It is an effective measure to analyze the similarity among different proteins with any structure.Especially,it has realistic significance to compare two proteins that have no sequence similarities.
