基于等效结构应力法的电机机座焊接结构疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:采用有限元法对牵引电机机座进行静强度计算,并在此基础上利用美国ASME标准中采用的等效结构应力法对牵引电机机座的主焊缝进行疲劳寿命预测,分析计算了该机座8条主焊缝的应力集中和疲劳寿命.计算结果表明:静强度结果满足没计要求,并且牵引电机机座的主焊缝具有良好的抗疲劳性能.

Abstract:Static strength analysis was conducted by FEM,and stress concentration,and the fatigue life of eight main welds on motor base were forecasted using equivalent structural stress method using ASME standards.The results show that the static strength is satisfactory with the design requirement,and the main welds of the traction motor have good anti-fatigue performances.
