摘    要:通过实验室建造混凝土板,模拟实际预应力构件管道内的压浆情况;采用扫描式冲击回波法,对模型管道内压浆情况进行检测。管道采用铁制波纹管和塑料波纹管2种类型。管道内模拟3种灌浆情况:灌浆密实、半空、全空。

Abstract:Grouting inside the pipes of the practical pre-stressed members is simulated by constructing concrete slab in laboratory.Grouting condition inside the model pipe is checked by scanning type shock echo method.There are two types of the pipes,i.e.metal corrugate pipe and plastic corrugate pipe.Three options of grouting inside the pipes are simulated,including dense grouting,half empty and full empty.
