摘    要:本文提出了均匀外压下的由圆环板正交连接的双层变厚薄壁圆柱壳的整体强度解析计算方法,利用圆环板与内、外圆柱壳正交连接的变形协调条件,把每跨双层壳作为整体,建立双层圆柱壳段的平衡方程,运用相关矩阵分析手段和相邻壳段的连续条件,将壳段平衡方程组集成待定参数的总体方程。从壳体封端的边界条件出发,计入不同规格的环肋、纵筋、中间支骨、圆环板及其径向筋、周向筋等构件的刚度,囊括了结构纵向上的全部性能,该方法可以准确、简便地求解从单层壳到双层壳各跨段任何部位、构件的挠度和应力,并捕捉结构的薄弱部位。

Abstract:A method for the calculation of the entire strength of ring plate-orthogonality-connected double shell construction with varying thickness under uniform pressure is presented in this paper. The balance equation about the segments of the double cylindrical shell is built by using the coordinated condition of deformation for the orthogonal connection of the ring plate and the cylindrical shells inside and outside, and taking each segment of double cylindrical shell as an entire structure. The equilibrium equations of the segments are integrated into an entire equation group about stand-by parameters with the method of correlated matrix analysis and continuous conditions of adjacent segments. The entire characteristic in longitude of the structure is taken into account, including the boundary conditions, the rigidity of the ring frames (and middle frames), the rigidity of longitudinal sheets, the rigidity of ring plates and its radial stiffeners and ring web, etc. The deflection and stress on any part of the double cylindrical shell or single shell can be obtained accurately. The critical position is searched out for the entire structure.
