| 摘 要： | 根据HPV6、11、16、18、31、33型L1ORF高度保守区的基因序列设计合成了一对HPVL1区共有引物。该引物除与上述六型有很高的同源性外还可覆盖其它已知的20多型与女性肛生殖区感染有关的HPV。用该引物及PCR技术对一组计144例活检标本进行检测，结果显示：病理确诊的尖锐湿疣、子宫颈癌及外阴癌组织、正常宫颈标本中HPVDNA序列检出率分别为100％（55／55）、70％（28／40）和13．3％（2／15）。另外，34例临床诊断而未被病理证实的尖锐湿疣HPV－DNA亦呈阳性，说明在对这类病变进行病理诊断时有必要进行病原学检测。

| Abstract: | A consensus primer-mediated HPV-PCR assay was developed. The primers designed were based on the highly conserved sequences with-in the L1 open reading frame, the base pair of which was highly hamologous to L1 DNA of HPV6,11,16,18,31,33 and other 20 genotypes of anogeni-tal associated HPVs. 144 specimens from 5 kinds of gynecologic cases were analyzed by the assay. HPV DNA sequences were found in 100%(89/89) of clinical diagnosed condyloma acuminata, 70% (28/40)of cervical carcinoma as well as vulva carcinoma,13. 3% (2/15) of gross normal cervix, respectively-The results emphasize that this assay is specific,sensitive and simple, which can be used convenient-ly in large-scale HPV-screening programme. The results also provide valuable information for thepathogenetic understanding and pathologic diagnoses of these diseases. |
