摘    要:人接触铅的机会很多,无论是职业性接触还是环境低浓度接触,都可引起铅吸收和铅蓄积,并通过一系列生化反应,造成血液、肝、肾和脑等多种靶器官的损害。生物膜是铅毒作用的敏感部位之一。铅可能通过脂质过氧化(LPO)反应导致膜变性及其功能障碍,并产生丙二醛(MDA),以至对机体引起有害的影响。

Abstract:There are many opportunities for people to be exposed to lead.Occupational and low-level environmental lead exposure can cause its absorption and accumulation in the body.Then target organism or system such as blood,liver,kidney and brain are damaged by a series of biochemical events.Biological membranes may be one of the more sensitive systems to lead poisoning action.The degeneration and dysfunction of the membrane are possibly induced via lipid peroxidation,which produce malonaldehyde which causes humen to be affected.
