| 摘 要： | 以英国铁路为研究对象,用可竞争市场理论与有效竞争理论对英国铁路产业重组与引入竞争进行了分析和论证,提出了铁路产业引入竞争的关键是形成既能兼顾规模经济的效益又能发挥市场竞争机制作用的有效竞争,这对铁路产业重组与竞争的研究以及中国铁路改革具有理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Based on practice of British railways, the paper analyses and discusses the British railways' reconstruction and competition with the theoris of contestable markets and workable competition and points out that harmonizing the scale economy effect and the effective market competition mechanism is the critical issue in introducing competitiveness into the railway industry. This paper has theoretical and practical significance for research of Chinese railways' reconstruction and competition as well as Chinese railways' reform. |
