摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型磁极形状的轴向磁场永磁同步发电机,应用ANSYS软件的电磁模块对其进行三维静磁场和空载工况分析,得到该电机磁场分布和空载反电势波形,并对磁极形状进行优化设计,得到正弦度高的空载反电势波形。样机试验结果证实了该设计方法的正确性和三维电磁场计算具有较高的精度。

Abstract:This paper presents the new magnetic pole shape of Axial Flux PM synchronous generator.It analyzes 3D Electromagnetic field and no-load operation of Axial Flux PM synchronous generator using ANSYS mode,and gets the results of the magnet field distribution and no-load back EMF.By means of optimization of the magnetic pole shape,it gets highly sinusoidal no-load back EMF.Test is made to experimental prototype,and the result verifies that the design is applicable and has high precision.
