摘    要:本文对单相电力变压器高频信号传输特性进行研究。首先建立了描述变压器高频传输特性的电路模型,模型考虑了变压器的高频寄生参数的影响。针对不同频段各种寄生参数对变压器传输特性的不同影响,将等效电路化简为不同频段的简化低阶谐振电路,并得出主导谐振点的频率计算公式。根据谐振频率法求取变压器的寄生电容参数,同时对电感参数及电阻参数也进行提取。试验与计算结果的对比验证了在50Hz~500kHz频率内所建立的电路模型具有较好的准确性。

Abstract:Aimed at the high frequency transfer characteristic for the single-phase power transformers, this paper builds circuit models which accounts for the effect of the stray distributed parameters. Based on the different effects of stray parameters on the transfer characteristic in different frequency range, the model is simplified by the low-order resonant circuits, and the expressions of resonance frequency for the dominant resonance points are obtained. The stray capacitances are calculated by the method of resonance frequency, and the remaining inductive and resistive parameters are also extracted. The validity of the circuit model among 50Hz~500 kHz is confirmed by comparison to the laboratory measurements.
