摘    要:本文介绍了大功率变频电机绝缘破坏的机理,变频电机用绝缘浸渍漆的性能指标及工艺要求。综述了变频电机用绝缘浸渍漆的国内外研究现状,并对现有国内外产品的性能指标进行了对比分析。在跟踪国内外新近研究成果的基础上,提出了若干研究内容或方向。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism of high-power frequency conversion motor insulation damage as well as the properties of insulating varnish for frequency conversion indicators and process requirements are described, research status of insulating impregnating varnish used in the frequency conversion motor is presented and performance indexes o fall domestic and international products are compared. On the basis of recent research in home and abroad, the relative research contents or directions are given.
