摘    要:本文简要阐述了固态断路器中快恢复二极管的反向恢复问题,详细分析了二极管的关断过程,建立了二极管反向恢复的集总电荷模型,并在Matlab\Simulink中进行了实现。仿真结果和产品数据手册保持一致,验证了模型的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:The reverse recovery problem of the fast recovery diode is briefly presented in this paper.After a detailed analysis of the turning off process of the diode,the lumped charge model is developed.The model is implemented with the Matlab\Simulink simulation tool.The simulation results are consistent with the ratings in data sheet,verifying the correctness and practicability of the model.
