摘    要:针对当前国内轨道车辆车轮缺陷在线检测装置不能满足现代化铁路发展的现状,研究设计了一种通过式在线车轮踏面无损检测装置。该装置利用电磁超声表面波工作原理,在车辆进站时对每一个通过的车轮踏面进行快捷的在线检测。通过对检测装置的关键部分——电磁超声换能器发射场的仿真,确定了电磁超声换能器的主要参数,并得出了电磁超声换能器中各参数及外部测量参数对电磁超声换能器及检测结果的影响程度。

Abstract:In view of the present conditions that the on-track inspection for defects in domestic rail vehicle wheels cannot meet the development of modern railway,a passing type on-track nondestructive equipment for wheel treads is studied and designed.With the use of the working principle of electromagnetic supersonic surface wave,the on-track inspection is made rapidly on each passing wheel tread when a vehicle enters a station.
