摘    要:柔性基层能有效缓解半刚性基层沥青路面的反射裂缝问题,改善路用性能,延长使用寿命.文中计算了沥青稳定柔性基层适宜的厚度,研究了采用旋转压实仪进行试件成型,按照莫尔强度理论设计沥青稳定碎石柔性基层LSM-30的方法,并对施工中的压实度随碾压温度及碾压方式的变化进行了研究,得出了适用于大粒径沥青稳定碎石柔性基层的碾压工艺.

Abstract:The flexible base course can effectively reduce the asphalt pavement destruction from reflected cracks. As a result, it improves pavement performance and prolongs the life span. The thickness of Large Stone Asphalt Mixture is calculated. Based on Mohr strength theory, the design method of Large Stone Mixture of nominal maximum aggregate size 30mm for flexible base using Superpave Gyratory Compactor is investigated in this paper. The changes on degree of compaction as the function of construction temperatures and compaction combinations are also explored in field. Then the technics of compaction for Large Stone Asphalt Mixture is obtained.
